Collective Teacher Efficacy and Its Enabling Conditions: A Proposed Framework for Influencing Collective Efficacy in Schools

This quantitative study aims to explore the validity of Donohoo et al.’s (2020) Enabling Conditions for Collective Teacher Efficacy Scale (EC-CTES) fostering collective efficacy in schools and evaluate its relationship measures teacher efficacy. The instruments used this include EC-CTES, (CES-SF), Beliefs (CTBS). data were evaluated through confirmatory factor analysis, correlation matrices, multiple regression models. findings from demonstrate that EC-CTES is a valid tool. subscales are positively associated with We recommend adjustments greater congruence theory practical application. Due theoretical density efficacy, modified conceptual framework proposed make enabling conditions more accessible practitioners.
